My maximum number of stations has been exceeded

This issue may occur if the app has been uninstalled and then reinstalled. The subsequent login attempt fails because the maximum number of stations allowed within an account has been exceeded.

This happens, if all your available physical or virtual stations are being used from your existing quota.

Solution 1: If you still have access to another device without this message

If you still have access to another device that doesn't show this message, you can go to the side menu > Management > Devices in the Vmaxpro app, long press on the wanted device to “kick” the other device out of your account. Your data on the other device will, of course, remain intact as long as no other account is being used with that device.

Solution 2: If you cannot access another device without this message

Then you need to contact us through one of our channels, and we will manually delete the device sessions from your account. Your data on the other device will, of course, remain intact as long as no other account is being used with that device.
