EN - My maximum number of devices has been exceeded

This issue may occur if the app has been uninstalled and then reinstalled. The subsequent login attempt fails because the maximum number of devices allowed within an account has been exceeded.

This happens either because the app has been uninstalled and installed on a device several times or because really other physical devices take a place from the existing quota.

Solution 1: If you still have access to another device without this message

If you still have access to another device that doesn't show this message, you can go to Settings > Account > Manage Devices in the Vmaxpro app, enter your password to "kick" the other device out of your account and then log back in without any problems. Your data on the other device will, of course, remain intact.

Solution 2: If you cannot access another device without this message

Then you need to contact us through one of our channels, and we will manually delete the device sessions from your account. Your data will of course remain intact on all affected devices.
